Ilan Chabay è un fisico, attualemente Senior Fellow presso l’Istituto di studi avanzati sulla sostenibilità a Postdam, in Germania, dove codirige il progetto SMART (Sustainable Modes of Arctic Resource-driven Transformations and global interdependencies) e collabora al programma di tecnologie emergenti e trasformazioni sociali.
